As a law firm that is 51% black-owned, we have played our part in overcoming the key issues of empowerment and transformation by embracing diversity and equal opportunity employment, thereby ensuring our meaningful and sustainable participation in the creation of a renewed legal landscape. Further, we are committed to a number of special CSI projects directed at developing the youth in our community through education. Internally, GKI has also assisted in offering bursaries to select staff members as part of its training and development commitment. Our current initiatives include a full bursary towards an LLB degree at UNISA.
